Instrumental Music Program

Students participating in Instrumental Music are required to be members of a Beaumaris Secondary College ensemble, fostering a collaborative and enriching musical environment. Please see our 'Ensembles & Soloists' page for more information.

Lessons

Individual or group lessons are offered for a variety of instruments. Lessons are 35 minutes in duration and are scheduled at the beginning of or half way through a learning session. There is a rotating timetable, so students never miss a whole learning session or the same learning session more than two to three time each term.

Instruments

  • Piano/Keyboard
  • Voice
  • Strings: Guitar, Bass Guitar, Violin, Viola, and Cello
  • Woodwind: Flute, Clarinet, and Saxophone
  • Brass: Trumpet and Trombone
  • Percussion: Drum Kit (individual lessons only)

2025 Tuition Charges

  • Individual Lessons (per semester): $31.25 per lesson or $500
  • Group Lessons (per semester): $25 per lesson or $400
